AYC ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

Due to COVID 19 concerns, the Annual Meeting will be held in person with a small audience, and simultaneously shown in a virtual meeting.   In accordance with CDC guidelines, the in person audience will be limited to the 40 people.  Pre-registration is required (no walk-ins) and will be limited to the first 40 members that register.  In order to ensure we conduct club business effectively, only voting members (regular, emeritus and absentee members) will be allowed to register and participate in person.  Spouses and family members may not attend, unless they are voting members themselves. 

There will be no breakfast or coffee available.  All attendees must wear a mask while in the clubhouse.
