2016 AYC Labor Day Weekend Schedule

7:30pm Dominoes at the Clubhouse
Saturday, September 3
3pm Cardboard Boat Races Beach
Start designing and then gather up some sheets of cardboard and rolls of duct tape!
Building assistance available after lunch, at the BBQ pavillion.
Don Hackbarth is your Master of Ceremonies.
3:30 ish Rub-A-Dub-Dub -- 3 Men in a Tub
Teams of 3 will compete in a small-craft obstacle course that tests navigational skills and balancing prowess. Definitely another video moment to capture.

Immediately following the Cardboard Boat Race
If weather does not permit, these two activities will move to Sunday
6:30pm Dinner, Dessert & Dancing
$15 adults; $8 jr meal under 8 free
The Dinner line will be open to serve until 7:30; Dessert bar will open at 8:30; live Dance music following dinner; BYOB, setups provided.
Menu – 16-Hour Beef Brisket, salad bar, two vegetables, bread and dessert bar
Deadline for reservations is Tuesday, August 30 -- the brisket will be ordered Wednesday morning
Sunday, September 4
10am Women’s Championship Regatta (see NOR)
11am Church Service at the Clubhouse
At the Beach
11am-5pm Double-Lane Water Slide at the Beach
1pm Impromptu Beach and Slide Activities
6:30pm No Chips – No Dips Heavy Hors d’Oeuvres Dinner Party
With Steel Drum Band until 9:30
Bring an appetizer of at least 12 servings; No chips and dips or desserts, please, as this is a substitute for dinner; dessert bar will follow.
Participants in the Women’s Championship will be our Guests of Honor.
